In the world of endurance sports coaching there are plenty of teams to join and pre-made training plans to purchase. Long Haul coaching is not a team, nor do I sell pre-made plans. My triathlon coaching is for the athlete that is in it for the long haul. Each program that I design is completely individualized and is constantly being monitored to ensure that we are maximizing your potential, whether that be your first endurance event or long term development for a peak performance. No two athletes are alike and that's why each athlete's program is specifically designed to account for family, career, and other interests. Communication is an integral part of the remote coaching relationship and that is why I have chosen Today's Plan as my online coaching software. Today's Plan has embedded comments, notes, and email as part of the platform in addition to top end data analytics that I use to assess, monitor progress, and make changes to your triathlon or run training program. All athletes will have workouts delivered in 1-2 week increments with coach initiated feedback. In addition, unlimited email contact and monthly phone calls will give me your most up to date status so that I can make adjustments to your plan and ensure that you stay healthy and on track to meet your goals.
